Project Description:

TekDesk is a Web-based, central component of TekOffice™, LiveRepair.com's software platform developed to increase productivity of IT support staff. This online helpdesk management system incorporates such tools as remote diagnostics, screen sharing, voice over IP (VoIP), chat, file transfer, email and the "push" technology for links and images.

TekOffice™ creates a unified workflow for different types of users: supported customers, support technicians, administrators, and managers. Each user group has its own interface to access TekDesk.

TekOffice™ features a multilevel architecture and allows creating multi-tier support systems. It is totally customizable, aimed at providing private-label solutions, suitable for specific IT support needs. Due to its open interface and customizable platform, TekOffice™ allows for easy integration with the existing technical support infrastructure using the standard integration mechanism, or via a custom gateway using Web forms, custom components, or Web services.

Real-time tracking, statistical, and monitoring tools, also integrated in TekOffice™, generate extensive statistical information about the helpdesk usage and personnel utilization. Customizable post-support questionnaires allow managers to collect service feedback and generate customer satisfaction reports. This data is available not only in a centralized management console; each customized helpdesk has an administrative console with access to local statistical data. In addition to remote technical support, TekOffice ™ can be used as a sales support tool.

Project Description:

TekLink™is a client-side part of TekOffice™. This software product features screen-sharing and remote diagnostics modules aimed at facilitating remote support. A part of the TekOffice™ Web platform, TekLink™ allows easy access to helpdesk services by clicking on the customizable desktop icon which is created upon program installation.

The program consists of a permission-based screen sharing (TekRemote) and remote diagnostics (TekCheck) modules. TekCheck collects comprehensive information about computer system state and, upon client's permission, sends it over to helpdesk staff in encrypted XML format.

TekRemote sessions have their internal chat with whiteboard capabilities, facilitating communication during remote control. Remote expert shares customer's mouse and keyboard functions, with ability to send Ctrl+Alt+Del commands, view installed applications and their setup, view event logs, edit system files and registry, just like having physical access to the system. Data transmission is encrypted and optimized for quickest possible performance, depending on customer's Internet connection speed.

Project Description:

SalesExpert is a flexible, search-oriented database for catalog-style product data with an extensive GUI. It includes powerful product matchmaking and advance search capabilities. Equipped with a migration tool, it provides safe data transfer from the xpdSource database into CNET Channel's DataSource Product Data Model format. SalesExpert features a flexible product search component to be used by support personnel.

xpdBuilder is a component for convenient accessing/updating product database by the staff. This data repository was created as a sales support tool for companies involved in retail or online sales.

Project Description:

Our Web designers and developers have created numerous websites both for our customers and for internal use. We are able to meet the Internet presence needs of any specific business, ranging from simple plain-HTML with information about your business to complex online portals with an extensive membership area and search functionality.

The Web sites can be integrated with existing support systems and product catalogues. DevTeam has also completed several projects that required integration with secure online payment processing systems, such as VeriSign and WorldPay. Payment data can be added to an existing customer database, contributing to a complete centralized data repository.
